This summer, Ceasefire participated in the launch of a new independent media website called Multicultural Politic. This featured a discussion on “The Meaning of multiculturalism in Britain today” at Goldsmiths in South London.

The participants included Estelle De Boulay, of Newham Monitoring Project, who talked about the significance of the Olympics and Ken Fero who discussed deaths in police custody. Ceasefire’s Adam Elliott-Cooper was also on the panel, discussing multiculturalism in the British press.
